Get out this summer and get your butt kicked at boot camp on the beach! Lose weight, gain strength and feel amazing! We use interval training, bodyweight exercises and cardio drills. Train with kettle bells, dumbbells, boxing gloves and my favorite- a big ol' tractor tire. Always different routine and always fun.
Grab a friend and challenge yourselves together! 1 hour and 1/2 hour classes
Now being held at :
Wollaston Beach (meet next to the Wollaston Yacht Club)
Nantasket Beach (meet in the volleyball court at bath house)
Abigail Adams Park Weymouth(meet in the grass to left of parking lot)

5 for $50
Use bundle sessions on either 1 hour or 30 minute camps, or both!
or drop in for $15!

Personal training:
Train at a local park or beach or at home
30 minutes: $35
1 hour: $50
